Not sure of date. Reel played in projector with no problems. Film is about 3 minutes long.
The person that filmed it is standing in a fixed position filming the band/cadets in a field marching.
The first 30 seconds of footage is grainy but then it clears up for the rest of the film.
This is Super 8 format
