B&W Boats on the River Black and White Standard 8mm Home Movie Film Vintage

Description

This is a standard 8mm film and footage is Black and White. Film has a vinegar smell but no warping of film. There is a rough splice in the film that needs replaced. The splice played through my projector but it was a little rough.
Film is about 3 minutes long and all footage is shot from the shoreline looking toward the river filming a lot of boats passing by.
Not sure of location or date.
