Butt hinges - also known as box hinges - are used for a variety of commercial and industrial chain link gates. They fit 1-5/8" or 2" (1-7/8" actual) gate frames and a variety of post sizes from 2-1/2" to 6-5/8". These hinges allow your gate to open 90-degrees in either direction, but they can be extended to 180-degrees with the use of special adapters (not included).
Order 2 hinges per gates up to 8' tall. Taller gates may need 3 hinges per gate.
