    These panel clamps are also used as "Kennel clamps" for building a chain link dog kennel (or chain link dog run).
    Panel clamps are used to secure two pieces of rail parallel to one another.
    They are frequently used to bolt two kennel panels together, two per panel.
    When Used to Build Dog Kennels, Usually Need a Total 8 clamps If You Are Building a 4 Sided Kennel
    Also used for "baseball backstops" to secure the overhead canopies.
