Description

Reel played on the projector all the way through on first try. Film is about 3 minutes 30 seconds long. The film has a few sections where the film flashes a bright lights where the footage is not good.
Film progresses as follows
-2 minutes footage of a several people on the deck of a large ship. 30 seconds of this footage is not good as the film flashes a bright white light
-40 seconds of the SS Rotterdam in the water with people on shore waving at the boat
-20 seconds where the film flashes a bright light and footage isn’t good.
-30 seconds footage of a busy downtown area with footage of boats in water, vehicles on streets, buildings and a police officer directing traffic by changing a ground mounted stop sign by hand.
