    I am unable to find any record of this Marty Monk short cartoon by Novelty Film Co.  Per cartoonresearch.com, there are only a few known Marty Monk cartoon titles.  "Outlaw Love" appears to be an unreferenced title and contains scenes also found in "Mexicali Lilly."     Film appears to be in generally good condition for the age, with one repaired break in the title frame section, and one unrepaired break about a quarter of the way through the film.
