The belt is a medium weight aluminum,  Apx 26" length, composed of 7 total links of varying rectangular dimensions with the longest of 4" being placed in the center back position (see pics); where belt closes is an oval 1.5" dangle-type decoration piece; the connectors between links are rectangular not the usual round;
The bracelet apx 7.5" length has 4 oval 1.5" links which are the same size as the oval end piece on the belt; Both pieces have a 5 petal flower raised design with the bracelet design seeming to have more leaves. I bought them as a set many years ago from an antique store to add to my collection; (never wore belt as my waist was 28", not 26", many year ago lol)
