Description

This is an original Sherman House / College Inn Porterhouse / Well Of The Sea matchbook, estimated to be from the 1950s-1960s.  The original Sherman House in Chicago was built in the early 1800s, and torn down in 1973 to make way for Chicago’s more modern Daley Center.  This matchbook is pre-owned but in LIKE NEW CONDITION, FULL AND UNSTRUCK.
